I’m Kris Holmes, the Chief Co-Pilot and Principal Founder around here.

I’m a passionate Social Worker, Recruitment whiz, and HR project manager all rolled into one, with a serious case of the “gotta-make-a-huge difference” bug. You see, juggling parenthood, building a business, and coaching youth as they age out of foster care taught me the importance of resourcefulness, collaboration, and turning every challenge into an opportunity

(because let’s be honest, some days are just about keeping the coffee pot full!)
